New additions!!!
Hey everyone! Guess what? We have two new babies in the house! Two new caterpillar babies!!! L.O.L.!! Austin and I went to the mall the other day and they had a wonderful butterfuly display...a huge "house" full of butterflies! We got to hold some and watch them eat. It was wonderful! Austin was so amazed that "the butterflies eat oranges just like me!" He loved it. We at lunch there and walked around and then we had the chance to see the butterflies. They were also selling butterfly kits with caterpillars in them that we can buy and then watch turn into butterflies. The cool thing about the $8 that it cost to buy the kit is the money goes toward the Children's Miracle Network. I think it is so neat that the money that we paid to see a miracle will make another miracle happen! I'll let you know how it goes!

Spring Happiness
I just wanted to write to tell everyone how happy I am at the moment! God has blessed me in so many ways...beyond belief. I mean...how can I complain when I have the best husband and son in the world? I can't even put into words how wonderful they are! I love them so much! I love spending days and nights with them together... just the three of us.
I am also thankful that I have four brothers and sisters and two parents who are alive, healthy, and who would do anything for us in a moment's notice. God works miracles in your life when you're not even looking. I guess that's why I recovered from my open-heart surgery when I was six-weeks-old. I was meant to live this crazy life with Rick, Austin, and the rest of my family.
Oh, and did I forget to mention the amazing group of friends that I have had my entire life? They are the best! Growing up around such wonderful people has made me a better person. I learn lessons from them every day. They help me and I help them.
I also have a cool part-time (so I can stay home with Austin : ) ) teaching job that is filled with co-workers who are personable, friendly, and truly helpful to me every day I go into work. We all get along like a "family" and although we are teachers I think we learn something new from each other every day.
I truly enjoy and love my life and I wouldn't change anything for the world because even the negative experiences help in their own little ways.
Maybe spring being here soon is putting me in this mood, but I truly feel blessed. I realize that I shouldn't complain about the chores around the house, or climbing two sets of stairs to do the laundry because many people have it much worse than I have it.
Hey, we might even have a new little one by Christmas time, also...wouldn't that be another miracle? How cool!
